Gabriel Ghyselen

Gabriel Ghyselen obtained a master's degree in law at the KULeuven in 2008. He then enrolled at the Leuven Bar and joined Legrand Advocaten. Gabriel has been a partner in the firm since 1 September 2013.

Gabriel is mainly active in cases concerning liability and insurance law. However, his interest extends to civil law in the broad sense. He has also built up extensive experience in traffic law and defends individuals and companies before the police court.

In 2015, he obtained his special certificate for proceedings in criminal cases before the Court of Cassation.

Gabriel is also a member of the Control Committee of the Flemish Hockey League, where he deals with sports and disciplinary cases.

Gabriel is bilingual Dutch-French and also expresses himself fluently in English.
